Refunds & Returns
Refunds or Returns will only be given If our goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery and must be within 30 days of delivery, We take great care in packaging our creations, but in the event that you receive a product that appears to be damaged in transit or there is a possibility of damage you should, take a photo of the damaged packaging/box before opening, while most of our creations are quite robust if your item does appear to be damaged please take photos and contact up as soon as possible at contact@resinwaredesigns.com.au so we can rectify the problem.
If we do find that your piece has been damaged in transit through no fault of your own, we will offer a replacement or a refund but as with resin no two items are ever alike so if an exchange item of equal or lesser value to your liking cannot be found within our shop a refund will be issued. Any reasonable shipping expenses incurred in returning a damaged item when a return has been granted by us will be reimbursed either in the way of store credit towards a replacement item or will be added to the refund amount.
